
ABOUT THE ROLE
The pediatric division of our practice is growing, and we are looking for a pediatric Therapist who would be interested in a position that is 50% management of our pediatric division and 50% direct services. The right candidate should have a master’s or doctoral degree in OT from an accredited program and have or be eligible for Texas licensure. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required. Excellent salary commensurate with experience.
Requirements
Degree in occupational therapy from a university certified by the ACOTE (Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education) or AOTA (American -Occupational Therapy Association).
Certified by the National Board for Certification.
Compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements.
Possess up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices and therapy programs.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to take care of clients with different personalities.
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
Ability to assess patient conditions and work with treatment plans.
