 ZEMELDA CARR

Founder & CEO

My path toward becoming an occupational therapist began when my family members were injured in a terrible vehicle accident. My sister's family and their recovery process required them to re-learn fundamental life skills. My decision to become an occupational therapist was influenced by their road to recovery.
My accreditation in surgical technology marked the beginning of my professional journey. As a surgical technologist in practice, I had the chance to participate in a variety of operations. I learned a lot about the injuries of my future clients before they needed therapy because to this experience. Later, I graduated from the University of Mississippi Medical Center with a Master of Science in occupational therapy. I have experience working in a variety of settings as a registered and licensed occupational therapist, and across lifespans.
